Being a person that appreciates the value of data, I love how you can pull excel files directly from CorrectTech to analyze data quickly.

> **Cons**: It is difficult to run a quick report to see basic statistics. I would like the system to have this option instead of having to pull the spreadsheets and calculate on its own. However, I will say, the CorrectTech team has always been kind and offered to deliver on things that we request.

We are able to run reports and able to generate case plans faster.
