> **Pros**: Easy to use with zero faff to set up. The software’s intuitive, so we barely needed support but when we did, they were quick and helpful.
> 
> **Cons**: Transferring data from our old rota software took some time. Although I’m sure there is an easier way which I wasn’t aware of.
> 
> Great from start to finish. We are very happy with the software and wish we started with Flow from the start.
