We were able to use our existing screens and hardware in different locations but control them all centrally. The documentation was helpful too. > > **Cons**: As a hotel, TripAdvisor reviews are still important, but there is not an app/integration we could add. There is Google reviews so we are able to show some reviews, but I hope they'll add TripAdvisor in the future. Also, we could not customize the quiz app with our own questions the way we wanted to. The quiz app works great for what it was designed for, general knowledge questions with super easy setup, but we wanted too add some custom questions about the area around our hotel. That level of customization was not possible. > > This was our first experience centrally programming/scheduling signage around our hotel. It was an immediate huge improvement over adhoc systems in place in different departments. Scheduling specials and menu changes in advance is a huge timesaver and has avoided some guest confusion we previously had when things change on one screen in one part of the hotel but not yet updated in another. The pricing for Juuno is very reasonable, especially since there were no up front hardware costs for specialized displays or devices that other signage software we looked at would have had. There were little to no onboarding problems - probably the smoothest software rollout we have ever had. It worked as advertised right away and the interface was intuitive for all our employees working with the system.
