## Reviews

### "Good tool. AI risk flagging helped us catch a problem account early." — 5.0/5

> **Kushal** | *23 July 2026* | Accounting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The AI payment risk scoring has earned its keep. Last quarter it flagged an account as high risk about three weeks before they actually went delinquent. We reached out proactively, worked out a payment plan, and avoided a write-off. Without the AI flag we would have sent the usual reminder and not thought twice about it. The billing and invoicing side is clean and the reminders go out reliably.
>
> **Cons**: The reasoning behind the risk scores isn't always clear. The system gives you a score but doesn't always explain which signals drove it. More transparency into the AI's logic would help us have better conversations with customers when we reach out based on a flag.
>
> Overall it's been a positive experience and the AI risk feature has genuinely impacted our outcomes. For any team dealing with a large number of accounts where you can't give individual attention to everyone, the prioritization it provides is valuable.

### "AI risk scoring paid for the subscription in the first quarter" — 5.0/5

> **Deven** | *15 July 2026* | Management Consulting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Three accounts were flagged as high risk in Q1. We reached out proactively to all three. Two paid on time because of that early outreach. One we put on a payment plan that avoided a write-off. The value of those interventions more than covered the annual cost of Quick Receivable. The billing, reminders, and aging features are all solid. the AI layer is what makes it exceptional.
>
> **Cons**: Scenario analysis would be a great addition. Being able to run 'what if I reach out today vs next week' type simulations using the risk data would take the tool to another level. Currently you just get the score, not the what-if view.
>
> The ROI on Quick Receivable has been very clear for us. The AI risk scoring is the star feature but the core product would be worth the price on its own. This is one of those purchases that's genuinely easy to justify to leadership.

### "Improved Productivity with Quick Receivable" — 5.0/5

> **Michael** | *28 July 2026* | Commercial Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Unified Platform: Moving from GetPaid to Salesforce Quick Receivable has aligned Credit \& Collections with the rest of the organization on a single platform, improving collaboration and creating a more connected user experience.
Improved Efficiency: Centralizing receivables and collections activities within Salesforce reduces the need to switch between systems and streamlines daily work.
Enhanced Visibility: Users have quick access to customer account, invoice, payment, and collection activity information, supporting faster and more informed decision-making.
Workflow Automation: Automated tasks, reminders, and follow-up activities help prioritize work and reduce manual effort.
Better User Experience: Leveraging the familiar Salesforce interface has simplified navigation and increased adoption across teams.
>
> **Cons**: Learning Curve: Transitioning from GetPaid required users to learn new processes and workflows.
Process Adjustments: Some established procedures needed to be modified to align with the Salesforce and Quick Receivable framework.
Ongoing Optimization: As with any implementation, workflows and configurations continue to be refined to maximize efficiency and business value.
>
> Overall, Quick Receivable has had a positive impact on our Credit and Collections operations. Transitioning from GetPaid to Salesforce has not only modernized our receivables management process but has also unified our team with the rest of the organization on a common platform. This has improved collaboration, increased visibility into customer accounts, and reduced the complexity of working across multiple systems. While there was an initial learning curve associated with the transition, the benefits have far outweighed the challenges. Quick Receivable has enhanced productivity, streamlined collections activities, and provided a more efficient and connected experience for users across the business.

### "The billing accuracy alone is a big improvement over what we had" — 4.0/5

> **Jayesh** | *7 August 2026* | Banking | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Billing errors were a recurring problem with our previous tool. small amounts but they created disputes that slowed everything down. Quick Receivable's billing and invoicing accuracy has been excellent. In the months we've been using it we've had far fewer billing-related disputes than we used to. Reminders go out reliably, aging tracking is always current, and the collections queue is logically organized.
>
> **Cons**: I'd like more flexibility in how invoices can be structured. Our projects have some complexity in how billing is broken down and there are a few scenarios where Quick Receivable's invoice format doesn't quite match what we need.
>
> The reduction in billing-related disputes has been a clear win. Fewer errors means fewer uncomfortable client conversations and less time spent resolving issues that shouldn't have existed. Quick Receivable has been reliable and accurate throughout.

### "Streamlined our collections process and improved account visibility" — 5.0/5

> **Dennis** | *28 July 2026* | Logistics & Supply Chain | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Centralized account and collections information
Good visibility into customer activity and outstanding balances
Helps standardize collection workflows and documentation
Reduces manual tracking and follow-up efforts
Integrates well with Salesforce
>
> **Cons**: Some reporting and data views could be more customizable
New users may require training to fully utilize all available features
Certain workflows can take time to configure based on business requirements
>
> We've been using Quick Receivables as part of our accounts receivable and collections process, and it has become an important tool for managing customer accounts and collection activities more efficiently. Having the information centralized makes it easier to track account status, document collection efforts, manage disputes, and maintain visibility across the team.
One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to standardize processes and reduce manual tracking. The reporting and account-level details help us prioritize work, identify issues faster, and stay organized when managing a high volume of accounts. The Salesforce integration is also valuable because it keeps information accessible within systems our teams already use.
