Managers and nurses appreciate greater oversight, receiving alerts and easily accessing reports, which has greatly improved day-to-day med administration and the inspection process.

> **Cons**: The interface is a bit dated and accepting medications requires extreme care, but CaraSolva is continuously making improvements, adding new modules and their support team is always receptive to feedback from customers.

They are quick to respond whether it is an urgent issue or even just an enhancement request.
