Now we see everything in real time, from production yields to waste and operator performance.&#10;&#10;The system is very focused on food industry, which makes a big difference. It understands catchweight, traceability, batches, all the complexity we have in meat production. It is not a generic software adapted to us. It feels built for our reality.&#10;&#10;Also, the mobile application on the shop floor is very practical. Operators adapted faster than I expected. And integration with our ERP was smoother than we thought.

> **Cons**: In the beginning, the implementation requires strong involvement from our internal team. It is not a plug and play solution. You need to review processes, clean master data and align teams.&#10;&#10;For some supervisors, the change from paper to digital was not easy at first. There was some resistance.
