> **Pros**: What I loved most about Sunny CRM is how it genuinely made our team's day-to-day work so much smoother. The features for Sales Management (I use it for building the community) and Lead Management aren't just powerful, they actually make sense and are easy to pick up.&#10;&#10;Honestly, the biggest win for us was its Ease of Use. We didn't have to sit through weeks of training, everyone got the hang of it almost immediately. Plus, the Tracking is fantastic, it’s so clear and open, letting us see exactly where we stand and how we can best move forward to scale the business.

> **Cons**: It's hard to find significant drawbacks because we are satisfied.&#10;Perhaps if there's one area for improvement, it would be to have more in-depth customization options in the reporting section (thou, it's not easy, we understand). However, this isn't a major issue, and the current features are more than sufficient for our needs.
