> **Pros**: User interface is clean and not too complicated like other platforms I have tried - setting up availability, events, payments and coupons is easy. I can zap clients to my CRM. Waitlisting and eminder sms service is invaluable. The AI assistant has been SO helpful. Ability to customise forms is great.

> **Cons**: While a coupon works and can be set to one use, I'd prefer the ability to create a pass that can only be purchased once by clients. &#10;While I am glad I can automate client sign ups to my CRM, I had to upgrade to a paid version of zapier so I could specify booking type. (Fortunately the pricepoint of Breely helped justify this added cost)

Breely is the only software that managed to tick all of our checkboxes. Very high customisation\! And more importantly, at a very affordable monthly rate\!\!

> **Cons**: I personally think the user interface can be improved. As a product designer myself, I can see Breely’s strong UX centric values demonstrated in the well sort out product. All the functionalities are there, but visual it can look a bit nicer\!&#10;Also, would be great if the Breely branding can be removed.

I think the AI form building is incredible, however it's at the detriment of being less fluent in navigating the software personally.

> **Pros**: The reason I chose to use Breely is because the notifications that are sent to my clients tell them when their appointment is, where it is, and what it is for. This is very important to me. My customers stay informed about their appointments easily. &#10;The price is great compared to other scheduling options. &#10;Also, being able to customize my reminders is a plus\!

> **Cons**: The thing I like least is that there is not an easy way to repeat appointments. I have clients that come at certain times every week or month. If I could do a repeat appointment for a year at the time it would make scheduling easier. &#10;I wish there was an app. I can only see one day at the time with my phone so a tablet or computer is necessary for scheduling and searching for appointments.
