> **Pros**: Technician that assisted with the setup.  \[sensitive content hidden\] was great to work with during the rollout.  He was able to answer any questions I had in regards the rollout and config.  He also made the process much easier as it did not start off great.  That was rectified shortly after we started sessions.

> **Cons**: LINUX platform..  Not easy to impliment.
