> I love the platform. Secchi  allows you to not have  to go to paper file folders. Everything you need to know about an employee is in one location. The program itself is only as good as the user that builds it. If you don't put the information in the system you  as a manager don't have it. I love the fact that every manager is held accountable for the input of their employees information.
