> **Pros**: Fast (although not instant) cost estimates and easy to instruct on renewals as the interface is very easy to understand and the search function is also very helpful.

> **Cons**: Generally, all good. However, if it is possible to have instant quotes for renewals in e.g. more popular jurisdictions, the system would be better.

> The system is user friendly. It may take a day or so to have the cost estimates uploaded in the system as instant quotes may not be available. Renewals for certain countries seem to be more expensive as compared to other agents. Overall, the experience is good.
