> **Cons**: It's not terrible, but there are certainly things that can be improved. We'd particularly like the electricians to be able to clock out for lunch and clock back in to the job after. This would help us be sure our team is being ethical and we'd be able to back up our time/labor with clients. Maybe this is a feature I need to learn\!

> **Pros**: I enjoyed the customer service, they take their time to understand you. Then patiently guild you through it to make sure you understand it. Plus you can review a video if you need to go back to what you learn.

> **Cons**: The back end (desktop) is easier to use. The Zentrade app can get better on navigation , but I have to understand that it is on a smaller screen. I would like to have more control on deleting mistake tickets. Maybe a special edit icon you click before you delete the mistake tickets. Once you click is special edit icon, you assume your action.

> The customer service are super great. They take there time to understand you. The energy over our zoom calls are pleasant and enjoyable. I feel the Zentrade team helps you with any needs. Instead of voice/chat automation, they have a person to help you. As business owner, I will recommend Zentrade to others because they take their time to understand your needs and help you with whatever questions you have.
