> **Pros**: Its indepth scheduling features (from cancellation to rescheduling) helped us a lot by reducing back-and-forth messaging. Plus, they have customizable push SMS, making sure everyone's on the same page.

> **Cons**: Ilerno really gets us. sometimes they know more about what we need than we do. It's easy to get lost with all the unfamiliar features. This tool requires some learning curve but it's worth it. This is a developing platform and I am so excited for future updates\!\!

> The website is relatively fast for a developing platform, so I’m really glad we signed up. It was great since we were able to involve parents in the process and get them engaged with the actual schooling.
