> **Pros**: The transparency for our employees, enabling them to understand exactly how much Service Charge was collected by their Restaurant, how was their share of tronc calculated, how much taxes were deducted and what were their net earnings. TiPJAR also enables them to access their Service Charge money 5 days after the week ends, giving them a weekly income to support their daily life. From a Company perspective TiPJAR enables us to keep the Service Charge and Tronc completely separated from the business.
