> **Pros**: I tried many affiliate platforms but found Referral Rocket to be the easiest to setup and integrate into my SaaS app which it also integrates directly into Stripe.  The pricing tiers are also much better than the others I've tested and you get far more value.

> **Cons**: The only real con is the amount of time it takes for my affiliate program to get approved for the marketplace.  I understand its probably a manual process and waiting up to 72 hours is normal.  Its only been a day so  far.

> So far everything is working great.  I just started so I am excited to get affiliates joining and promoting my SaaS appp BudgetSmart AI at www.budgetsmart.io.  The Affiliate progams are extremely flexible.  For example I can offer 40% standard for all affiliates but increase the ones who get 250 sales to 50% automatically.

The tracking is accurate and real-time, payment processing through Stripe is fully automated and reliable, and the campaign marketing tools are flexible and very effective. Customer support is excellent — fast, friendly, and actually helpful. Overall it delivers great value for money with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

The analytics dashboard is extremely detailed, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first. > **Cons**: Honestly can't get a straight answer since there are no working functions for me to speak to any of their team. Their support email is practically non-existent since nobody replies, there is no chat function, you're practically asked to pay and hope their solution works.

> I've probably sent them at least 7 follow-up emails inquiring on their services as i'm looking for a referral software that is stripe supported as well as some other requirements, and to this date none of their team has responded. Makes you wonder how support looks like after having their paid solutions.
