Prompts can be as wide or as narrow as desired, and the anonymity of submissions allows for your whole team to participate, not only the outgoing members. Compared to a brainstorming board with sticky notes that can quickly become disorganized, Impactor allows you to return to your ideation at any point and know where you left off.

> **Cons**: It's not clear what the "commit" function means, and only one action can be committed to at a time.

> This is a great tool for brainstorming, ideation, and prioritization in large and small projects. This does not replace the need for other project management tools, but it is very useful in the ideation and planning phases of a variety of project types.
