> **Pros**: I’ve been impressed with the overall experience. The customer service is always helpful and quick to respond, and Beebot, their AI assistant, is available 24/7, which has been great for solving smaller issues instantly. The platform is intuitive, and the features cover everything we need from managing staff to tracking projects. It’s been a real asset for our business.

> **Cons**: Initially, the platform took a bit of time to fully get used to because there are so many features. It can feel a little overwhelming at first, but after some time exploring and with the help of their support team, it becomes much easier to navigate. A bit more onboarding guidance would be helpful for new users. Also, their phone app isn't great but it makes no difference to us as we use the Hivelux desktop.

From HR tasks to tracking project progress, everything is in one place. The customer support is excellent, and having Beebot, the AI assistant, available 24/7 is a big plus.
