> **Pros**: Nursery Story is easy to use for both staff and parents. It combines general observations of the child's day along with more focused observations, such as nap times, meal times and accidents. Parents love seeing the photos of their children and receiving the information wherever they are. 
We were a new nursery and started with Nursery Story and have been so satisfied with the service we have received and the price we pay per month.

> **Cons**: The app could be more interactive. Other than teh messgae function which is great, there is no way to interact or know whether the parents are actually engaging with the platform. This in my opinion is a huge downfall

> **Pros**: The ease of use. We love the fact that parents can message us instantly and that we can respond. I have 2 settings and I could not have asked for more when setting up Nursery Story for my second setting. The guys were so helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect\!

> **Cons**: We changed our package because the registers couldn't be saved, and children disapeared from them when taken off the system. As it is a requirement that we need to keep registers for years, we were having to complete paper copies anyway, ans as we weren't using the other parts of that package we changed to the lesser package, which suits us well.

> Positive, I began looking at other products but they were expensive and offered more than we needed, which I didn't want to pay for. The customer service is great and the app is easy for practitioners and parens to use.
