> **Pros**: The phone number they give you answers about 80% of the time, which is better than none of the time.

> **Cons**: Their sales process is incredibly misleading. Setup beyond the very basics is enormously complicated if you need to work in Zapier. Not a do it yourself system.

> I have had four phone calls and about 5 hours of chat with them because I was told, directly, that this app integrated with Hubspot. It. Does. Not. You can use Zapier and a host of other apps to try and get something set up that will trigger an event in Hubspot, but you need a degree to do so. I am ten hours into this based on their initial statements regarding this integration and have nothing to show for it, that is thousands of dollars of wasted time. If you have a very simple business that needs LLM voicemail, this is the app for you.

After investing approximately 30 hours attempting to configure and optimize the AI receptionist, the results remained unreliable and unpredictable. I could not deploy it with confidence.&#10;When I contacted support to request a refund — offering to pay for one full month of service as a fair compromise — I was told the annual contract I had signed would be enforced with no exceptions. I escalated to supervisors and received no meaningful response. I offered a second compromise: convert me to monthly billing and charge me for the months I tested it. Still nothing.

But a company that collects an annual fee upfront, delivers inconsistent results, and then refuses every reasonable accommodation when a customer has genuinely tried and failed — while also going silent on escalation — is telling you exactly what post-sale support looks like. If you're evaluating this product, strongly consider starting month-to-month, and test it thoroughly in your specific use case before committing to an annual plan.
