This isn't just a quick band aid solution to tick a box. This helps solve real problems, in a lasting way, and the direction they are heading is even more promising. The company is run by true cybersecurity nerds that love what they do, understand what they need to, and are responsive to reasonable requests. > > **Cons**: To be clear I have to nitpick to fill out this mandatory field. This is a newer product on the market, with a specific design focus in mind. That means there are some minor bugs that appear. Happily the team has always responded rapidly, and I've never felt like my issue wasn't being resolved. They have a great roadmap, and I'm happy with the direction they are going, but that means there are things I wish I had that I don't. Their pace of implementation is quick but thorough, and I very much appreciate that. > > I've had very positive interactions with IntelliGRC. It cuts out so much of the annoying, repetitive work and makes compliance tracking way smoother. The automated workflows are a huge relief. The dashboard is easy to use, and it really helps keep things moving, and it’s super intuitive . It’s not going to solve every problem, but it definitely makes the compliance process a lot more manageable and less of a nightmare to deal with. I enjoy being able to handle my whole workflow in the tool itself, versus having to export to excel sheets like we normally do.
