The SafetyBot content creator is an excellent tool that aids in developing industry specific training, making training content impactful to our employees.&#10;&#10;The Content Schedule allows us to pre-load training up to a year in advance, and we use this feature to schedule training based on industry standards and lagging injury indicators to have the biggest impact on educating the workforce.&#10;&#10;The Dashboard gives a clear picture of where the location is performing daily while the Engagement Insights allows for an easy review of overall performance and employee participation over a period of time. This is great to measure overall safety engagement trends.

> **Cons**: The System Library has lots of topics, but many of the topics were too general in nature for us to use, we developed much of our content through SafetyBot.
