> **Pros**: very easy to use, a great way to connect to clients, pretty slick customers also seem to like the way you connect to them

> **Cons**: you don't need to obtain all the client details upfront but you can choose to get that later if you want to use their data

> Pretty pleased with the platform overall a positive experience and would be happy to recommend to others especially as younger people don't really open emails anymore.
