> **Pros**: a facilidade do módulo de gestão de pessoas, como descrição de cargo, e todas as abas, e muito fácil e útil o link com os documentos dos colaboradores. E não posso deixar de mencionar o quadro de pendencias, que facilita demais o dia-a-dia.

> **Cons**: Na inclusão de treinamentos muitos dados que se tornam repetitivos como por exemplo: Aba Informações "Solicitante" "Departamento do solicitante" / Aba participantes "Superior ou responsável pela eficácia" e deveria aparecer a data da eficácia nessa Aba também.

> Praticidade na gestão de certificação e melhor monitoramento das áreas.
