> **Pros**: The tool that finally drew us into implementing C-Link was the document builder which we are now using for our sub-contract orders. Its proving to save a lot of admin time for our commercial team.

> **Cons**: The formatting of the final orders needs a little tailoring, however the C-Link team are very proactive and are always willing to help get to our end goal.
