Unfortunately the Pro was flexibility of users (adding or subtracting licences to suit the staff fluctuations of business) but they are removing this option with minimum users and lock-in contracts. > > **Cons**: Being hit with a lock-in contract option of 3-years or 5-years at an ‘expected’ 8% per annum (CPI + 5%) locked in to a minimum user quantity. The alternative option is the threat of a ‘12% (subject to change)’ per annum increase. Extortionate approach. Bought out key competitor AroFlo and now playing this monopolistic card.
