> **Pros**: Moving to accepting electronic bids only was a great move for us.  It has cut out the scanning process and saved us valuable time and effort.  We can open the bids, save them to our files and then share them in a matter of minutes rather than hours.  Customer service is always great and responsive and has been there to quickly answer any and all questions we have.

> **Cons**: I wish the contractor could preview the pages they've uploaded to submit before hitting the submit button.  This may have since been corrected, but previously, the contractors could upload and download as many times until the closing time as they wished, however, they couldn't preview the documents to make sure they were happy with their submission before submitting.

> Our organizations overall experience with SecureBids has been very positive.  Using SecureBids has made our department more efficient making bid day less labor intensive and allowing us to the share the information with ease.  The customer services provided has been top notch since the day we started with SecureBids.  The staff is extremely responsive and there to help at the drop of a hat.
