> **Pros**: Prior to using SpendConsole, our AP process was mostly manual and we had several instances of paying suppliers incorrectly or multiple times\! I had 4 resources pushing paper and chasing approvals.SpendConsole has streamlined and automated the bulk of the process and I now have all the insights on my dashboard.

> **Pros**: SpendConsole is to date the best accounts payables and invoise automation software I've used so far. The installation process is easy and ready to use in a few minutes. The key point is that it automatically (and without errors) takes the relevant datas and feeds it to the existing software. For billing and invoice processing this has helped a lot to reduce checks and redundant tasks. Last but not least, this integrates fully with internal compliance requirements.

> **Pros**: Having an internal workflow that brings invoices to my attention to accept or reject, with a defined path for the route I select, makes my life that much easier.  Once I select a path, the software routes the approved or rejected invoice to the next person in the approval or review process.

> **Cons**: At this time, I'm only a reviewer / approver of invoices, so I'm not across all features
