Great Product for Land Banks and Nonprofit CDC's

Pros:

This system provides a comprehensive approach to property and project management. While managing an inventory of 300 properties, we began looking for a software to use. While there were limited options at the time, eProperty Plus was far exceed our expectations. Now managing over 4,000 properties, this is still the product that allows for streamlined, transparent and efficient property and project management.

Cons:

The system administration can be a little complicated at times. It is user friendly for most, but it takes some time to get used to. I would not let this deter you, if you have someone that is technically literate they will pick it up.

eProperty is a Valuable Platform for Property Management

Pros:

It is relatively user-friendly and is a great way to warehouse large amounts of data. The snapshot screens, budgets, and workflows allow to maintain a property, as well as plan for the bigger picture developments.

Cons:

Right now, the biggest challenge we're facing is the ability to incorporate parcels that span across a multitude of programs, not just one.

The current controls established by the Programs module protects a user from taking action on a property that is restricted by a Program rule. Program rules also govern the kinds of Services that can be assigned to a property. Comments: ePropertyPlus has been a great solution for our line of business. The customer and product support has been very good and the effort is made to ensure that we use the product successfully.

Pros:

The overall integrated functionality. Allows for property management; property specific document/information storage; profiles with pics, gis, and notes; and customized applications.

Cons:

Ramp up to becoming proficient with system. Ease of use has improved during period of usage due to enhancements and modifications to product.
