Staff find it easy to book, modify and track holiday, as well as manage expense requests. It's incredibly cost-effective, at half the price of the software we were using before. The customer service we have received has been brilliant, with any questions answered in a timely manner - nothing is too much to ask\! > > **Cons**: Nothing\! We are incredibly happy with our HR Planner experience so far. > > Prior to trying HR Planner, we had used various different platforms to handle our HR processes, but found that many didn't offer us the complete functionality we required. This meant that we were chopping and changing between different providers to manage various aspects of HR, including one system for holiday and leave management, and another for expenses, for example. We got in touch with HR Planner, explained our current position and organised a demo, before getting stuck in with their 14-day free trial.
