The Aimondo platform stands out with its high data accuracy and fast data processing

5.0 11 months ago

Pros:

One of the most outstanding of Aimondo is its ability to tackle volume price monitoring. This feature sets Aimondo apart, as it empowers us to extract prices not only for individual items but also for sets of 10, 100, or any specified number of items. The exceptional data quality and lightning-fast speed of data processing have given us a competitive edge.

Cons:

While the interface may require a slight learning curve, the attentive guidance from Aimondo's Customer Success managers has made the experience truly seamless

Discovered all our competitors — even the ones we had not known about

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Aimondo team is very professional and helps whenever we need some additional guidance.

Pros:

Aimondo Price Monitoring does an amazing job tracking all available companies that sell the same items. No matter how crappy they make product descriptions, no matter how many numbers are missed in the EAN, Aimondo still can locate a seller of a similar product. First time we used the service we literary discovered that we were competing against a company we had no clue even existed. All because they had been providing wrong EANs for their products — probably to avoid competition or manufacturer catching them using huge discounts. We found this company due to Aimondo Price Monitoring and reached out to the brands they were selling. The brand initiated the communication, and eventually this company stopped dragging the market down in terms of prices.

Cons:

The product is not the cheapest one. However, we like the level of service and the quality of data we’re getting. It makes sense to pay 20% extra to get 100% clean data instead of saving and get garbage.

Helpful and valuable reports for the whole digital sales team

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Very satisfied with the quality of the data and reports.

Pros:

As I said, we use native Aimodo’s data-viz feature extensively. Promo team get instant access to market intelligence data and can see in real time how our discounts affect our market position for certain brands. Digital channels data analysts later use this data to track efficiency of every single promo and help us choose the ones that perform the best.

Cons:

It took our team sometime to learn how to use reports arbitrage potential. Having video guides might have been helpful. However, our customer success manager had several Zoom sessions with us, and educated us on all the details.

Due to Aimondo found out that we had been horribly underpricing our items wasting 15% of revenue.

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Love the service so far. Would definitely recommend. But not to our competitors (haha)

Pros:

We value the way Aimondo presents data - not just the numbers we have to crunch. Instead, it shows us what we're missing where we can safely increase our prices and still be the cheapest one, where it makes sense to offer a discount as we're way beyond market average (no wonder conversion rate for this items is zero)

Cons:

The onboarding process takes a while. It's not like with the less expensive products — you pay with your card and start using it. It's more manual and customised approach that takes about a week. can be frustrating if you need data now
