1. Flexibility – the program can be tailored to a company’s specific needs, order-handling workflow and customer profile without losing its core features, which truly sets it apart from competing solutions.

2. Process automation – selected steps in the order workflow can be modified automatically, sparing the user from manual intervention.

3. A single ecosystem – everything in one place, with no need to switch between separate applications.

4. Expandable customer records – you can add custom fields such as financial details, discount information and other in-depth client data.

5. Complete customer/partner history – every e-mail, file, task, invoice, order, etc. is instantly accessible from the record card.

6. Built-in complaints and transport modules – both can be individually configured to support the company’s order flow.

7. Task scheduling – plan tasks for individual users or entire teams and link them directly to a given customer.

8. Integrated leave module – provides a clear interface for viewing and managing employees’ vacation requests.
