> **Pros**: Seamless integrations with third party providers. Customised integrations with card payment platforms which were requested by us. Live data and useful reports easily accessed online. Sleek layout and very user-friendly which aided immensely in staff training during the changeover.

> **Cons**: Customer data could not be transferred from our previous system to the BossIt system. This was made clear to us from the beginning so we had time to prepare and inform staff.
