I noticed it gets worse the more invoices I have in my account, otherwise on the Mobile app it is fine

Its really easy to fill out the customer information and write line item descriptions. The template options are solid. The style of the estimate nails the traditional, simple, easy to read estimate.

> **Cons**: No spell check has to be the biggest con of Invoice Fly. This should be standard.

The customer signature needs to be reworked. There needs to be a line for the customer to sign on a PDF. Ideally, next to the estimator signature. 'Request a signature' feature is nice but it literally asks the customer for signature before they can review that estimate, similar to the 'request approval' feature, nice, but the pop up at the opening of the estimate almost guarantees a decline. 

Also, the inability to write things like SQ. Ft. In the quantity section. Not all quantities are pieces, hours, or days.
 Eg. Sq. Ft., Inch, Cubic Ft., Pounds, Gallons, Tons. 

Lastly, no cover page option and no abilty to add pictures inside the line item description.

> **Pros**: Easy to write invoices. Service Items can be moved and reorganized. Has the ability to add photos and client signatures. Easy basic interface. Has all the features you need to run a small business.

> **Cons**: CANNOT edit or add any services notes or do anything after a client signs. The signature will be removed. This means if you are a technician and you need time to write your service notes to add to the invoice and can’t make your client wait before signing, this is not an option. Unfortunately, you will need QuickBooks as they allow this.

> Extremely frustrated with the signature removal every time anything is edited. I understand if you edit key items like pricing or services. But, you need to be able to add service notes and photos which sometimes takes time to put together.
