choose better software

What Is KnowBe4?

KnowBe4 combines security awareness training with phishing simulation and analysis to help Japanese organizations prevent cyberattacks. It features extensive security awareness training content and an automated training campaign function that sends reminder emails to company employees based on the course schedule. The software features numerous community phishing templates and can administer automated phishing tests to every student. It also strengthens network protection and eliminates the need for staff members to report IT-related issues like malware infections to IT departments. The test results analysis function shows statistics and graph evaluations that link the training status to phishing test outcomes.

Who Uses KnowBe4?

KnowBe4 targets Japan-based businesses and professionals who are susceptible to IT security breaches. It is suitable for companies in all market segments.

Fantastic cybersecurity training platform, but missing some features

5.0 last month New

Comments: If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the KnowBe4 cybersecurity learning platform for our organization. But I would skip the additional learning and compliance training, and I might go for a longer term to get a more significant discount.

Pros:

The KnowBe4 training and testing platform was fairly easy to roll out across our organization, and was in place and being used within a few weeks of signing a three-year agreement. Much quicker implementation than I've seen with other software platforms. The cybersecurity training content is very good, and gives us a lot of options from in-depth long-form learning tracks to quick training videos and even distributable flyers and posters. And the training is effective! Our risk score has improved by almost 20% in just six months. Feedback from users on the platform generally and the content specifically is positive almost across the board.

Cons:

We opted for the expanded learning content including compliance training, which has been great in the sense that we can give users additional non-cybersecurity learning options, but the content is limited and the courses I've explored haven't been particularly useful. Also, making the content available on-demand (instead of assigned like the cybersecurity courses) was difficult and resulted in a few frustrated users.

Fantastic Product

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Good, very classically not an MSP company but the products are awesome and the people are friendly.

Pros:

Award winning video production, I definitely binge some of them.

Cons:

Interface for setting up and managing MSP clients is a bit clunky. Integrations ... what are those?

A great way to teach Cyber Security

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: A great way to start teaching. The platform has plenty of settings for the basic admin and the more technical admins. There are content series way same actors throughout, this can give a sense of TV soap viewing, a positive for most viewers

Pros:

This a great platform for beginners and advanced users in the world of Cyber Security. Campaigns are easy to setup and rollout. You can build templates and then copy the template for each campaign throughout the whole year. The content has a mix of real live actors and animation so that keeps everyone engaged

Cons:

There is alot of settings and notification triggers, if you get the settings wrong then its easy to spam users inboxes with notifications, and this would leave the task more negative with the users
