Each update makes the product better and better. They are able to keep up with their competitors in the market (as they continue to rise). I have tried trials of many other applications, software, and platforms, but I always come back to NR. I am a big fan of its simplicity. It does not feel overwhelming to learn. To be able to make a very comprehensive product, and make it look (and actually be simple) applying it in action, is an art. NR has been an integral aspect of my business, and I couldn't do without it. I am excited to see what new things they will be developing in the future. > > **Cons**: In what I create for my business, I have to embed pauses in certain areas. There are several of the old voice (none of the new ones) where there is a strange high-pitched buzzing/static-y sound before the person speaks and after they speak. It is light, but it is still audible and it is very annoying. Because of this, it has made the voice unusable to me. I am hoping that is something that could get fixed in the future. For the embedding pauses section, having to manually enter the numbered pause is a little annoying. Maybe having a preset option would be nice. > > Overall, I am very pleased with NR. I know that in the non-commercial version, there is an option that the words come out on the bottom of the screen as they are said. I really liked that feature, and I was disappointed that when I had purchased the commercial version that that feature was no longer available. It would be nice if it could be implemented again. I am also VERY pleased with the customer service. I had an issue a while back with how the way the files' name looked when it was downloaded I didn't like. I mentioned it to customer service, and it was fixed the next day (if not the same day).
