> **Pros**: We love the texting feature, So if someone has an emergency we can quickly and easily get that shift covered. also automatically keeps track of vacation and sick days available. And our employees have the option to get advances on their paychecks anytime they need to.

> **Cons**: The time and money it took to get it up and going since we had to hire a tech company to do so and  every once in a while it glitches when clocking in which has proven to time consuming since it is always a long wait time for customer service.
> 
> Overall it had been a good program for our company. But they do update the interface. And work on the customer service.
