Workers' Comp System for Workers' Comp People
Comments: Easiest of the available systems to use. It still does exactly what it should do without all the gimmicky lights and flags. And the upgrades have added value rather than being onerous.
Pros:
It has the necessary functionality for a workers' compensation system without the issues of its competitors. It's easy to access. It has the proper validation. It has authorisation levels. You can access the data for reporting without having to jump through hoops. You can update your hierarchy and field values without backend interventions. It's a workers' comp system for workers' comp people.
Cons:
Still has some UI issues that need to be resolved. Field errors that show up. There are also some field issues in modules outside the core workers' compensation ones that need work.

Comments: The benefits of a personalised approach from our Figtree support representative, is significant in our choice to continue our relationship with Figtree.
Pros:
After the initial installation, the most important feature is the technical support that Figtree offers. We have noticed the level of technical support from Figtree is of an expert quality and delivered without undue delay. We are kept updated on any issues that cannot be resolved immediately. There is no delay in our business continuity.
Cons:
We least like the task features, however, have recently been advised that Figtree are working on upgrades to the task functionality which will be an improvement.The Figtree system was integrated within our organisation with ease and the security measures are up to date with current controls.
Figtree - injury management
Pros:
The day to day function is simple and easy to use.
Cons:
I find running reports and trying to withdraw information and trends is complicated and very IT focused and not simple for non IT people.

Figtree - Workers Comp
Comments: I have used the Figtree Worker comp modukle in three different organisations. In my current organsiation I have been on an older version. The more up-to-date versions provided greater functionality.
Pros:
The database was totally tailored to suit the NZ ACC enviroment, and updatres were made to keep it compliant. The web -hosted version made it easy for remote access.
Cons:
The reporting is usually never enough. Although all data could be extracted for reporting using other vtools.
Figtree - Workers' Compensation Softwawre
Comments: There are so many benefits to Figtree, including the ability to personalise the system and have constant, readily available support when needed.
Pros:
Figtree is a very easy to learn and use system and has a large variety of uses. The system supports the work we complete easily and the technical support offered from our Account Manager is exceptional. They are always readily available and willing to help learn new areas of the modules that we can utilise.
Cons:
The task features can be difficult to use due to not being present on the claim screens and having to go into another screen. This however has been discussed and advised it is being worked on.
