The built-in templates are fantastic and make it so easy to get started, but I also appreciate how simple it is to create a walkthrough from scratch when I want something more customized.

One of my favorite features is how quick and effortless it is to do a "pop-in" visit. I can walk into a teacher’s classroom, complete the walkthrough in real time, and even include video and pictures right from my device. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and provides clear, helpful feedback for teachers.

This app has truly elevated the way I support instruction and document observations. Highly recommend\!

> **Pros**: Education Walkthrough is an easy and efficient tool for schools and districts to utilize to support their continuous improvement efforts. We use it as a consistent platform to house all of our district walkthrough templates and data. What I like most about Education Walkthrough is it performs the data analytics for the user, so that time is given back to strategize and determine next steps as a result of the data. Our leaders love it\!

> **Cons**: If I had to state what I liked least (and that is hard to do), it would be the inability for our District to easily log onto the app with single sign on.

> **Cons**: I wish there was an easier way to delete/edit questions.  I sometimes end up deleting/editing the wrong question since once you delete 1, it always sends you back to the first question in the first section.

We also come across "glitches" somewhat regularly-- the app needs to be deleted and re-downloaded, licenses not applying to the correct people, emails not being sent correctly, BUT, support is always very responsive and helps me resolve issues quickly.
