> **Pros**: I really appreciated the supportive team culture and the opportunity to genuinely help participants and families achieve positive outcomes. I also enjoyed the flexibility and the strong focus on person-centred supports.

There were occasions where communication and processes could have been more streamlined to improve efficiency and reduce pressure on staff.
