It saves a ton of effort by combining accurate prospect discovery, automatic follow ups, and verified contacts all under one tool. The interface is super intuitive to use, which makes my job so much easier, and the quality of the contact details consistently impresses me.

> **Cons**: At first I was worried the credit system might get expensive. But honestly, after using it regularly, I realized the credits are pretty reasonably priced, especially compared to the excellent data quality and accuracy we get. The cost is comparable to other top tools we've used. One thing worth clarifying: Respona does offer an unlimited agency plan for email sending, but that doesn't apply to the credits themselves, which confused me a bit initially.

### "Used software for years- had my account hacked twice and was charged without consent as a thank you" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Absolutelty nothing. Since leaving, I have realized they are pretty over priced compared to alternatives and their "support" left a bad taste in my mouth.&#10;&#10;I have never seen a business behave like this and take 0 accountability.

> **Cons**: To start my account was hacked and $495 was debited by the hacker. I was the one who told them I think my account was hacked because the usage did not match. I don't think I ever received an apology.&#10;&#10;&#10;Their brilliant solution was to enable 2-factor authentication. When I asked how to do that, they told me I had to upgrade my plan because only the next tier can use two-factor authentication- I obviously did not want to upgrade so they could have basic security for user accounts.&#10;&#10;&#10;I was then hacked the next day again and charged $10- 28 times ($280) and a charge of $775- again their excellent security is what you want to be using with your financial details.&#10;&#10;This was a total of $1550.&#10;&#10;&#10;They did refund this amount to me. I asked for all my financial details to be deleted, and very coincidently, they could not be without my entire account being deleted.&#10;&#10;&#10;&#10;After all of that, I started going through my billing records and realized I had been charged $49 extra without consent from March of this year to September of this year.&#10;&#10;I did not track this software charge since I had been using them for so many years among multiple software companies I have to pay for. My big mistake was trusting them in any capacity.&#10;&#10;&#10;I asked them to refund that and I have a feeling because they knew they charged me the extra a long enough time ago, they did not bother refunding it and instead strung me along.&#10;&#10;&#10;I asked for proof of any update I was given that the charge would be increased or any consent of mine that I gave to increase the charge, and they did not have anything to give me.&#10;&#10;I asked for this on Nov 15. Eventually, I asked for my account to be deleted because I did not want any data to exist with them.&#10;&#10;&#10;I followed up today, Dec 7, and they said that "I mentioned I would handle it with my bank (I told my bank to monitor all charges and not let any go through if possible) and that I deleted my account so they could no longer "investigate"--- which I assume means investigate what excuse to manufacture next as to why they charge people without consent.&#10;&#10;&#10;I have attached a PDF of pretty much all my charges here including some of the chat "support" I had the pleasure of receiving:&#10;&#10;\[sensitive content hidden\]&#10;&#10;&#10;Basically go anywhere else if you value basic security and honesty.&#10;Review collected by and hosted on \[sensitive content hidden\].

If I spot a typo or minor issue later, I need to pause the current campaign, duplicate it, then relaunch. It's definitely not a major concern, but having the flexibility to fix an email on-the-go would save a bit of hassle.
