Denn jede nicht durchgesetzte notwendige Preiserhöhung führt zu Profitverlusten, kann aber auch zum Verlust des Kunden führen, wenn zusätzlich kein Mehrwert geliefert wird.
Aus meiner Praxiserfahrung kann ich nur sagen, dass das Tool Price Hive die o.g. Fragen beantwortet und was noch wichtiger ist, dem Management mit gut visualisierten Dashboard, ein tolles Steuerungsinstrument in die Hand gibt. Der Status der Preisumsetzung ist Kunden- und KAM genau transparent.
Für wen ist das gemacht? Es ist optimal geegnet für SME's aufgrund der Einfachheit der Bedienung und durch die gute und einfache Anbindung der unternehmenseigenen Daten.

> **Pros**: Die Software lies sich leicht ins ERP intergrieren und das Vertriebsteam kann sehr leicht damit die Preise eingeben. Man sieht schon vor der Fakturierung, wie erfolgreich die Verhandlungen waren.

> **Cons**: Es soll noch eine Ergänzung um einen Produktkonfigurator geben, wurde uns gesagt. Das wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

> Ein intuitives Tool, mit dem wir gerade seit Beginn der Kostenexplosionen in 2021 sehr gut in der Lage waren, die Kosten richtig weiterzugeben. Es gab auch viele Überraschungen bei kleinen Kundensegmenten und wie niedrig dort die Preise waren. Das hat uns sehr geholfen.
