I have been a yahoo email from it's inception and i have decades of email stored and it's become a problem for me such that i am seriously looking to move to gmail. 2. Lack of investment in new technology. Their competitors such as gmail, outlook have deeper pockets and are usually most up to date with new tech features such as AI. Their yahoo usability and user experience are always playing catchup. Why can't they lead\! 3. Security. So much scam email. I just use alternative AI agents and it immediately picks them up as scams. Why can't yahoo just embed it in their system\! 4. The advertising space takes precedence and such big display size such that your basic email reading is obscured. I have to always scroll down just to read my emails because their advertising takes up screen space. Yahoo's main priority is not user usability but paid advertising.
