The survey covered a wide range of topics and used several different metrics to qualify results. The results were presented in a concise and accessible manner without compromising the depth of the results.

Anova's product allowed us to quantify employee engagement and collect valuable feedback all the while prioritizing staff anonymity. Anova were incredibly responsive to our needs and supported us consistently throughout the trial.

No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. One should try at least.

The surveys are easy to run and the resulting data was really well presented, clear and always comes with an action plan. The ability to filter data easily and use the results to inform SMT level decision making. The feedback from our team regarding Anova was very positive.

> **Cons**: It would be good if there was a length of service filter. As a consultancy business, there was a little confusion at the outset by the end user over whether they responded about our business or the end client environment. Once we identified this, the Anova team were great in supporting us through addressing this with comms.

> Very positive. It has been a great addition to our business and will continue to be a key tool in helping us to achieve our business goals for the years ahead.
