> **Pros**: We liked being able to easily create template scripts, which we can use across similar projects.Easy interfaceGreat reporting function and PDF report.

> **Cons**: Unable to have external users.Geared around software testing/regression, but not really causing an issue as we can work around this for our own testing types.Be good to have a sign-off for external user - even on PDF report - having the ability to add a sign-off box.
