The merchant descriptor was ambiguous and the charges were initially misclassified internally as a general software / Adobe-style subscription expense, so they were not picked up until a later accounting review. When we disputed the charges, we requested basic evidence such as the account email, signup details, accepted terms, invoices, renewal notices, login history and usage history. AdCreative.ai referred generally to its Terms of Service, but did not provide the specific evidence requested before saying they considered the matter closed. > > Our overall experience has been very poor. We do not recognise any active user internally, have no known login credentials, no record of using the platform, and no clear business record of invoices, renewal notices, or accepted subscription terms. Once the charges were identified, we immediately disputed them and asked for evidence of who signed up, what was accepted, whether that person had authority, and whether the platform was ever used. That evidence has not been provided to us. We have requested cancellation, removal of the payment method, a full account and billing evidence pack, and a refund review. The matter remains unresolved and has been escalated through our bank.
