—is outstanding: responsive, pragmatic, and genuinely helpful. Over time, a lot of powerful features have been added, so having some familiarity with BI concepts is beneficial. That said, for beginners it remains the most straightforward BI solution I personally know. The dashboards are beautiful, performance is solid, and it covered all of our use cases. The few gaps we initially had were addressed quickly by Draxlr, which speaks to a highly responsive product team.
