Perfect for our needs. Easy access to things we like to do.

Comments: This has been the best experience. Over the last 3 years, I have watched us as a team grow our skills and confidence and deliver a really great product to the team we serve. Op Central has been critical in this journey.

Pros:

The support team! They are extraordinary. In the feedback they only let us score them out of 7, but in my book, they need 200/7. This team of people are incredibly solutions-focused, no matter how big or small the problem, they always provide excellent care and attention to detail. There have been times when the trip to the solution has taken a scenic path, but they have stuck with the process and worked so hard to help us find a way to meet our needs within the parameters of the software. Consequently, we as users/administrators are using more of the software's features, and so there are more questions....and on we go. I always feel valued and supported. I have worked with great IT support over the years in various organisations, but this team has taken the word 'support' to a whole new level for me!!! I have gained so much confidence and acquired many skills, thus enabling me to complete my role more efficiently and effectively. I love working in this program.

Cons:

We have experienced very few limitations. So far, we have managed to find a way to work around the issue.

Great Product and best value for money for what it does

Comments: Overall, Ops Central and their team has been great. They have been there every step of the way.

Pros:

The best to me is the support. The system has lots of functions, but you have a team to support you at OpsCentral to ensure it is being used the right way to achieve what you are trying to achieve.

Cons:

The news section works well, however, it could have more features. However, in their defense, they are working on a major upgrade which will address any of these.

OpCentral ideas to improve

Comments: Overall this is a good product.

Pros:

We love the ability to share training videos and resources through OpCentral.

Cons:

I would prefer that I could upload multiple files at once and link multiple files at once - or at least have it return to the same section of the files when I have to upload another item. This can be very frustrating. Also for user profiles, I would like to be able to add a custom field to a user type instead of all users as we have employee files and also franchisees and so using these differently would be helpful. I would also like to be able to automate a result generated by a search filter: for example - automating a weekly report on the vaccination status/police check status of employees or automating a report on their licence expiries?

Comments: Op Central has been a game changer for us. When we began with Op Central, we were complete novices to this kind of software, hence came in at a 'below base-line' entry point. We also had a massive job in front of us, restructuring our business and training programs to reflect the times in which we live. The Op Central team have been a pleasure to work with. They have guided us with a kind, caring, yet professional hand, throughout our journey. The team's communication, problem solving, patience and attitude have been exceptional. They confidently place themselves on the road to continual improvement, and have pulled us along with them.

Pros:

I spend most of my working day in Op Central. I love how easy it is to use and navigate. The high level of functionality has completely changed the way we operate our business; training, staff management, franchisee operation/compliance... the list is endless. Op Central has positively impacted every part of our business.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything that has not already been flagged for development. ....I do like a bit of audio with video tutorials.

Great Solution for our Home Care Franchise

Comments: Great for what we use it for, Onboarding, Policies, Contracts and Ops Manuals. The only problem is it feels very isolated from our other systems.

Pros:

Simple interface with clear sections. Great for segmenting our Franchise locations and user permissions.

Cons:

No public API/limited intergrations with external software and limited documentation on the Op Central website.
