Great Solution for our Home Care Franchise

Comments: Great for what we use it for, Onboarding, Policies, Contracts and Ops Manuals. The only problem is it feels very isolated from our other systems.

Pros:

Simple interface with clear sections. Great for segmenting our Franchise locations and user permissions.

Cons:

No public API/limited intergrations with external software and limited documentation on the Op Central website.

A Valuable Tool for all member organisations

Comments: My overall experience with OpCentral has been highly positive. The platform provides a user-friendly interface that enhances usability, making it easy for all team members to engage with its features. The project management and communication tools have significantly improved our interaction with our members , fostering better communication and teamwork across departments.

Pros:

What I appreciate most about Op Central is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and access essential features. the program is modular so we can continue to add features to the platform. Their exceptional customer service through the helpdesk further enhances the experience, ensuring we always receive prompt support whenever needed. I have now installed Op Central into 2 businesses, and it is a fantastic choice for organisations looking to optimise their operations.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The lack of drag-and-drop facilities when uploading files makes the process less intuitive. There have also been concerns regarding the removal of some useful modules that previously added significant value. The platform's inflexibility around certain suggestions related to communication has limited its effectiveness in meeting our specific needs however, these issues are minor compared to the overall value that Op Central provides.

User Friendly Surveys

Comments: We struggled to find a system where we could create multiple surveys and send them out for people to complete each week. OpCentral provides this for us and enables us to bring feedback into our business in an easy and informative way.

Pros:

We use OpCentral for sending out surveys to our Invisible Guests for our restaurants, and it's incredibly straight forward to use. The setup process is easy and once the surveys have been completed, exporting them and viewing the results is also very easy. The findings are presented super clearly that gives a quick overview of the information provided by the Invisible Guests. The feedback from the users completing the surveys has also always been positive as well.

Cons:

For the purpose we use OpCentral for, there isn't currently anything we dislike about OpCentral. It's completely fit for what we need.

OpCentral ideas to improve

Comments: Overall this is a good product.

Pros:

We love the ability to share training videos and resources through OpCentral.

Cons:

I would prefer that I could upload multiple files at once and link multiple files at once - or at least have it return to the same section of the files when I have to upload another item. This can be very frustrating. Also for user profiles, I would like to be able to add a custom field to a user type instead of all users as we have employee files and also franchisees and so using these differently would be helpful. I would also like to be able to automate a result generated by a search filter: for example - automating a weekly report on the vaccination status/police check status of employees or automating a report on their licence expiries?

Essential Business Toll

Comments: We use it every day, along with out fellow team members and employees across Australia.

Pros:

Op Central is an essential business tool for us. Everything from employee onboarding and training, procedure manuals and shared resources across multiple entities.

Cons:

Nothing significant comes to mind. I have a suggestion to imporve the product addressing the table of content in the procedures manual, where it resets to the top of the page. Other than this, its a great product.
