A must have proposal tool
Comments: Love to software and don't quote any work without it now

Great fee proposal software but at a high price
Comments: It was a great piece of software and if our firm grow much more than the cost might be more in line with our expectations.
It was quite flexible, connected with direct debit side of fee collection and generated all paperwork, including schedule of services.
Price was very high and I could not substantiate the high price and return on investment.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] has some really wonderful approaches to how to run an accounting firm. And it shows in this software.
VERY complex! It took us 3 days to get everything set up. It is also VERY rigid in its programming and allows for only one way to set things up. The options for pricing setup seems like it is straight forward, but it is not set up in a way that you would expect a normal equation to work. The integrations with any other app is pretty much useless. We asked support about a zap we created, and they simply blamed it is Zapiers fault (which, I suppose that is possible but it sounds like they simply don't care). The app mapping program is SUPER confusing and would be nice if I could just add things in simply... but sadly the rigidity of the platform will not allow it. The CRM they just came out with was a joke... or at least that is the way I see it. They don't have a great integration with a POS other than GoCardless... which has a lot of issues of complexities in of itself. Not only that, but charging a % on a ACH charge is not great.
Goproposal makes it easy to get an accurate and fair price for a job. Simply plug in the details that raise the cost of a job, and GoProposal does the rest. It's very quick and easy to send the finished proposal to a client via email, or to share in the workplace for review.
When saving as a draft, I would like there to be a list of default "people" to save the draft under. Like there are fee templates, there could be user templates to quickly save the draft under that person's name.

Go Proposal not only generates a consistent and professional document but also manages the communication of the document to the client. Once a proposal is won the integration with payment solutions like GoCardless and your accounting software makes this a solution you quickly grow to rely on.
Quality of the proposal document created, very professional looking and provides consistency when engaging with new clients.
It takes some time to truly customise the software to your exact needs, but it is well worth the effort.
