> **Pros**: Very useful integration software for online store linked to company using Pastel Sage.  Their staff are all friendly.

> **Cons**: Their support is not immediate or timely specifically for an online shop where things need to happen asap.
> 
> I am happy with software, friendly staff.  Not to keen on ticket system for support as it take too long for online store where clients need to be assisted now.
